Who are we?

Cathy and Kelly are the duo behind this juice challenge.

“Fit and healthy towards 50, thanks to juicing.”

Cathy, an enterprising, vivacious, and creative woman.

Her career can be divided into three main phases. Her work with the Flemish Government in the field of learning and development. Her 10-year cycle as a self-employed person, active in the tiny house world, among other things, and a new cycle that is now starting, in which she organizes her time around the themes of ‘labyrinths’, ‘minimalist living’ and ‘vitality’, such as Juice 2 shine.

Cathy has already written two books. Since July 2024, she has been living a raw food lifestyle with several juices a day. Cathy chose this new nutritional lifestyle during a period of transition. She designed a new vital life in which she became closer to nature and more powerful in her mission.

Cathy is also the mother of a beautiful 12-year-old daughter and life partner to Kelly.

Her career can be divided into three major blocks: 15 years running her own childcare center, seven years as a nutrition coach for women, and five years as an energy therapist. One of Kelly's great passions is judo, in which she earned her black belt in May 2025 and is also active as a trainer. 
In this new cycle, she divides her time between the themes of energy work, exercise, and nutrition, including Juice 2 Shine.

Since the summer of 2024, she has been fully committed to this pure juice and raw food lifestyle. After a period of change and letting go, she discovered the power of nutrition as a source of energy, clarity, and balance.

FAQ's

Do I have to make the juices myself?

You make them yourself with your slow juicer, following our simple step-by-step plan with recipes and shopping list. The juice plan is completely balanced and must be followed strictly. This way, you know exactly what you are consuming at any given moment and you can be sure that you are getting all the nutrients you need.

Can I drink coffee or thee?

Not during the 7 days, as the juices count as fluids, so you won't really feel thirsty. We rid the body of the acidification caused by coffee and external stimulants such as caffeine or theine. Give your body the space to produce its own ‘wake-up hormone’.

Can I eat something in between?

No, the idea is to nourish your body entirely with juices. And to give our bodies a break from the obligation to snack. It is because a large part of your digestive organs are given a rest that waste products can be released.

Can I work or play sport during the detox??

Yes, definitely! It may take some getting used to at first, but that depends on the individual.

Most participants actually feel lighter and clearer. Listen to your body and rest when necessary. Plan some lighter work or less activity for the first few days. If you need more rest than that, you can take it.

Practical organisation?

We allow sufficient time between the registration date for the challenge and the actual start of the challenge. In addition, we will provide you with the necessary information and tips to help you prepare, place a number of orders, and schedule it into your daily routine.

Do I lose weight during the detox?

That is not the main goal, but many women do lose weight (especially on their stomach and buttocks) because your body releases waste products and your digestion slows down. The body often retains fluid, but during this challenge you lose that extra accumulated fluid along with the waste products. Do you really want to focus on weight loss?
